1. Orders
Q1: When will my order be shipped?
Once your payment is confirmed, we usually process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. If there is any delay, we will notify you via email or SMS.
Q2: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return under our Return Policy.
Q3: How long does delivery take?
- Standard delivery (within India): 4–7 business days
- Express delivery: 2–4 business days

Q4: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within India. If international shipping is available for your location, it will be displayed at checkout along with applicable charges.

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), UPI/Google Pay, Net Banking, and CaryFast.shop gift cards or store credits (if applicable).
Q6: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your payment details. However, please note that no online transaction is 100% risk-free.
4. Returns & Refunds
Q7: What if I am not satisfied with the product?
You can request a return under our Return & Refund Policy, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact. Please check our Return Policy page for details.
Q8: When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method, usually within a few business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. General
Q9: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we occasionally run promotions or offers that include free shipping. Any such offers will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Q10: What should I do if my package is damaged or tampered with?
If you notice any damage or tampering, please do not accept the package from the courier. If the issue is found after delivery, contact us immediately with photo/video proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
